90% Refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking. (Unless the booking was made within 1 week of arrival).
90% Refund for cancellations within 28 days of arrival.
50% Refund for cancellations 7 to 30 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.
Children
No children under 12 years old for stays in The Bridge House due to the low 1 meter high walls on the upper walkways.
Dogs
Dogs welcome but not on sofas or beds.
Check in/out
Check in from 4pm.
Check out by 10am unless an extension is agreed beforehand.
Parties/Events
Strictly no parties or events unless agreed beforehand.
